We send a twelve-minute taste survey to whoever you invite. No public profile, no questionnaire after — just enough to know what fits.

A week before each occasion you see three suggestions, each tied to something we know — a hobby, a season, a sentence they said out loud.

Approve and send.
One tap. We handle wrapping, the handwritten card, the courier choice, and the address. You get a quiet confirmation when it lands.

The same five steps run behind every tier. Members do step three and four themselves. Concierge and White Glove members hand both over to us, with as much or as little say-so as they want.
