  • How does billing work?
    Gift requests are one-time purchases — $39 for The Insight, $79 for The Curation, $169 for The Concierge — charged only when you press the button. The Inner Circle membership is $19 per month, or $190 for the year (two months free). No bundles, no surprises.
  • Do I need the membership to make a request?
    No. Requests stand entirely on their own — create an account, tell us about the person, press the button. The Inner Circle is for never missing the moment: reminders, the gift tracker, and preferences that build over time so every request gets sharper.
  • What does the trial include?
    Seven days of The Inner Circle in full — reminders for every date you add, the family gift tracker, and stored preferences for each person. We ask for a card on file so the trial converts quietly. Cancel by reply at any moment and we won't charge you.
  • How do I cancel or pause?
    By reply. Email Tina or click cancel inside your account. We don't bury the button. Pauses hold your circle and your calendar exactly where you left them — you can come back without re-onboarding.
  • What happens after I send a request?
    The Insight and The Curation come back within 24 hours — a curated list with links, brands, and the reasoning behind each pick. The Concierge begins with a short reply from Tina to confirm the occasion and timing, then everything is handled end to end. Cost of the gift itself is settled separately, after you approve.
  • Who handles my data?
    Tina, a small operations team under NDA, and our infrastructure provider — no third-party marketing, no resale, no data brokers. Survey responses from the people you invite are private to you. We can export or delete a profile on request, same week.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    The Insight and The Curation are lists — shop them from anywhere. For The Concierge, delivery is coordinated across the contiguous United States, and one-off international sends can usually be arranged; ask when Tina confirms your request.
